Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel started off great with a lovely atmosphere, though my experience quickly turned sour due to the rooms and service not meeting expectations. While the breakfast was impressive, the overall state of the rooms left much to be desired. The location near local attractions was fantastic, making it a shame that the hotel itself didn't live up to its potential.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While I appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room, the service was quite disappointing, lacking the quality I expected. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, but the overall experience was undermined by the poorly managed dining options. Lastly, despite the fantastic facilities, I felt that the value for money was not quite there, especially considering some aspects of service and maintenance.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, located just a minute away from St Paul's Cathedral. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. However, there were some inconsistencies with the service, especially during check-in, which marred the overall impression. The facilities were impressive, particularly the gym and swimming pool, but I encountered some issues with the spa amenities that could use some attention.
My stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the anticipation for a relaxing getaway. While the room was spacious and the bed comfortable, cleanliness was a significant issue, and service was inconsistent. The pool facilities were mostly unavailable during my visit, which was frustrating. However, I did enjoy a great breakfast selection in the morning.
The hotel boasts a stunning lobby and great bars, but unfortunately, the room experience falls far short. While the breakfast is impressive, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms need substantial improvement. The service also lacks the friendliness you'd expect at a higher-end hotel, which detracts from the overall experience.
