warm greeting executive lounge
I checked in and the staff greeted me warmly! the location is amazing. the executive lounge access offered a great variety of drinks. I especially enjoyed the cocktails.

good variety excellent location comfortable beds long wait snobby staff awful smell
the breakfast had a good variety. it was easy get around because the location was excellent. the beds was comfortable too. i slept like a log.
the wait time for the lifts was long. we found the staff in the rooftop bar a bit snobby when we went for a drink. the awful smell was coming from the bathroom drains, i really didn't liked it.

poor soundproofing empty minibar
i was annoyed by the poor soundproofing the noise from outside kept me awake at night. the room overlooked some kind of service area i heard constant deliveries. the minibar was also completely empty not even a bottle of water provided the lack of attentiveness to these details was frustrating the absence of even basic amenities soured my stay.

Wonderful city stay
excellent view excellent selection omelette station
The room was a beautiful king room. St Paul's cathedral view was excellent. The shower had great features. It included natural light. The breakfast selection was excellent. I especially enjoyed the omelette station. The chef prepared my omelette perfectly.

The hotel enjoys close proximity to Blackfriars station. I found it convenient. Its nearness to the river is an advantage. St Pauls is also easily accessible. It is a VERY convenient area.

The lounge area had quality food and drinks. It exceeded my expectations. Kathleen in the lounge provided excellent service. Chef Ravinder prepared tasty food. Harjindar provided wonderful breakfast service.

My stay included access to the executive lounge. Kathleen provided fantastic service. She was great. The location was really great with many close amenities. The concierge was very helpful, a big plus, I think.
The pool area seemed a bit underwhelming to me. It looked like a cave.

The executive double room included comfortable bedding. The room featured modern decor and sufficient space for luggage. It also came equipped with a coffee machine, a safe, and a flat-screen television with multiple channels.
